By EtHAN SHorEy Breeze online News editor ethan@valleybreeze.com PAWTUCKET – The City Council last week blasted Mayor Donald Grebien's administration for its handling of an effort to collect late tax bills from some 15,000 accounts, saying the process needs to be changed for the future. Council members criticized the fact that a letter from the city was sent out to more than 4,000 of the wrong people. They also didn't like the timing of the letter, the wording of the letter, or the response of the administration after residents who received delinquent notic- es started arriving at City Hall. We also asked the seven Democrats – Erin Dube, Michael Araujo, Kimberly Grant, Joanne Bonollo, Joseph Knight, Gerard Charbonneau and Katherine McQuade – what they want Pawtucket schools to be best known for.
