Librarian Mary Ellen Hardiman told The Breeze that the Unique Management Services Library Division will bring a comprehensive collection system to help improve the library's financial standing and make a wider variety of resources available to residents. Smith announces elementary schedule changes By ETHAN SHOREY Breeze Staff Writer NORTH PROVIDENCE – School days for local elementary school students will be 17 minutes longer during the 2013-2014 year that starts next Tuesday, Aug. 27. Supt.
