See more photos on page 8. Bell, Nguyen best in WHS Class of 2013 WOONSOCKET – Derek Bell is the valedictorian and Kimberly Nguyen is the salutatorian of the Woonsocket High School Class of 2013. Valedictorian Bell, the son of Robert and Linda Bell of Manville Road, is a member of the National Honor Society and the Math Team, and boasts a long list of academic achievements. In addition to receiving the Lieutenant Governor's Leadership Award, Bell attended the bell nguyen National Leadership Forum on Medicine, the National Leadership Forum on Law and Crime Scene Investigation, and the Congressional Youth Leadership Conference. He received the People to People Ambassador Award, Saint Michael's College Book Award, and the United States National Mathematics Award, and was featured in Who's Who Among High School Students. He is a member of the National Society of High School Scholars and AllAmerican Scholars Program. Waste Haulers recently bought Coastal Recycling, and has taken over the company's collection routes in North Smithfield and Cumberland. Residents can expect to see new drivers along streets in both towns, and town officials are asking for patience during NORTH SMITHFIELD – Keila Strick is the valedictorian and Morgan Quinley is the salutatorian of the North Smithfield High School Class of 2013. Principal Robert Mezzanotte announced the top students, who will speak at the school's graduation exercises on Wednesday, June 12.
