Greenville Library Board's Cicilline receives RILA award SMITHFIELD – The Rhode Island Library Association presented its annual awards at the RILA annual conference, which was held virtually May 28-29, on Zoom. The theme for the conference was "Think Outside the Books," and organizers say the recipients of this year's awards exem- plify the library community's com- mitment to finding creative solutions to contemporary challenges.
