Several folks watched the band's performance from the comfort of their cars. Pawtucket's annual photo contest has new guidelines and deadline PAWTUCKET – Pawtucket's 22nd annual photo contest has extended its deadline to Friday, Aug. 21, and has added new guidelines. "Hiding in Plain Sight" is this year's theme. Due to the ongoing health crisis, all submissions will be accepted online this year, and all submitted photos will be on exhibit on the city of Pawtucket's website, www.pawtucketri. com , during the month of September. This year's photo contest judges will include Butch Adams, Richard Benjamin, Christy Christopoulos, Peter Goldberg and Aaron Usher. Contest rules are: • All photo submissions should fol- low the contest theme. • All photos must be taken in the city of Pawtucket within the past year by residents or non-residents. • Only one entry per contestant sub- mitted by the photographer. Photos may be in color or black andwhite. • All photos must be of good quality, hi-resolution and in .jpeg format. • Photos should be emailed to Include your name, address, phone number and title of submission. The Mayor's Choice Award will receive a $100 cash prize. First place will receive a $75 cash prize. Second place will receive a $50 cash prize, and other remaining winners will receive gift certificates. All winning photos will be used in the city of Pawtucket's 2021 calendar.
