22 REAL ESTATE JUNE 25-JULY 1, 2020 | VALLEY BREEZE LIVING EDITION Oversized ranch for sale by Cold Spring Park WOONSOCKET – Traveling through the North End of Woonsocket, one would not expect this over- sized ranch house, but rather a large colonial or Victorian, which adds to the uniqueness of this property. "It's like a typical North End house but it's all one level," listing agent Irene Goulet said. "There are some of the original features and it has a beautiful entry hall." Originally built in 1955, this ranch has been updated, including a new roof that is three weeks old and replace- ment insulated windows. Goulet said that in addition to the entryway, there is a leaded glass door with side lights and another leaded glass door separating the living area from the bed- rooms that adds a lot of light throughout the house. When entering the house through the front door there is a wide foyer with the living room off to the left. There are hardwood floors through- out except for the entryway, kitchen and bathrooms. The living room has tray ceilings and a sliding door leading outside to a patio. From the living room, you enter the spacious kitchen that comes with a working brick fireplace in the corner. Also off of the kitchen is the laundry room, which Goulet said she believes is 9-by-14-feet in size. Off of the other side of the kitchen is a half bath. There are two full baths as well, one part of the master suite. "Three out of the four bed- rooms are oversized," Goulet said. "The master suite is a comfortable suite. There is room for a TV, chairs or whatever you want." Two of the bedrooms, including the master, are down the hall. There are two other bedrooms that are part of the partially finished basement. The bedrooms have hardwood floors while the bathrooms are tiled. The master suite has both a sepa- rate tub and shower stall. Traveling back out down the hall to the main living area, there are stairs in the foyer that lead to the full basement. It is not a walkout but has a bulkhead access. Overall this ranch offers 4,168 square feet of living space and six rooms. The grounds are nicely land- scaped and well-maintained. The house itself sits at the top of the entrance to Cold Spring Park but the way it is situated it is nestled in and private. The two-car, attached garage sits on the left side of the house that is almost hidden from view with a tree in the front yard as well as the stone wall and landscaped bushes. The side yard and back- yard are fenced in and there are two separate, private patios. "It's a great area, very quiet," she said. CrossRoads lists the prop- erty at $338,900 and show- ings are by appointment. For more information, contact Goulet at 401-447-2356.
