PAWTUCKET – During this time of instability, art can have a healing effect, say the founders of a local nonprofit arts organization that's hosting an ongoing call for submis- sions to their virtual gallery exhibit around the theme of the four ele- ments: water, fire, air, and earth. "Artwork to us is healing," Jess Angelone, of Pawtucket, co-founder of The Outsider Collective, told The Valley Breeze. "It builds community." It was during this time that Albert would meet Norma's grandmother, Sarah, in Central Falls. They would marry in time. Summer vacations were spent load- ing up the big sedan with Norma, her sister Lois, their grandparents, her mother and aunt along with a dog and a picnic lunch to share along the way to Vermont.
