Raymond A. Fuller, 95, of Lincoln passed away peace- fully Nov. 6, at the Holiday Retirement Home, Manville. He was the husband of the late Helen (Skorohod) Fuller. Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Arthur Fuller and the late Ethel (Aldrich) Fuller Oldfield, he had lived in Lincoln for over 60 years. Mr. Fuller was a photographer at Rhode Island College for 23 years before retiring in 1984. He was a member of the Professional Photographers Association of Rhode Island. Mr. Fuller served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He was a member of Chapel Street Congregational Church, Lincoln. He is survived by his two chil- dren, Sharon Lee McKenna and Michael A. Fuller, both of Lincoln; his two grandsons, Jason McKenna of Lincoln and Shawn McKenna of Indiana; his two great-granddaugh- ters, Rylee and Brynlee McKenna, both of Indiana; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late June Fuller. His funeral service was held Nov. 9, at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln. His burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Jeannine G. Malouin, 89, passed away on Nov. 7, in the St. Antoine Residence, North Smithfield. She was the wife of the late Henri Malouin. Born in Granby P.Q., Canada, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Yvonne (LaFlamme) Berger. Jeannine migrated to the United States in 1948 and settled in Cumberland. She was an avid bingo player at St. Agatha's Church where she also spent countless hours volunteering. She enjoyed cooking and polka dancing. She was a machine operator for more than 40 years at various textile mills in Woonsocket. She is survived by her three sons, Richard Malouin ( Janice) of Uxbridge, Mass., Normand Malouin (Debbie) of Burrillville and Jean Malouin (Donna) of Pittsfield, N.H.; two daughters, Suzanne Beilot (Frank) of Woonsocket and Claire Hazelbrouck ( Jonathan Lopes) of Cumberland; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Denis Parent. Jeannine's Life Celebration was held Nov. 12 with a prayer service in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Cumberland. Balfour, Sr., 84, a resident of Cumberland since 1968, passed away Nov. 6, in the Providence VA Hospital. He was the husband of the late Dorothy L. (Macomber) Balfour. Born in Providence, a son of the late Walter Balfour and the late Evelyn (Wilson) Balfour, David attended the University of Rhode Island and then entered the United States Army in 1958. He went on to become a become an advertising and marketing executive, eventually owning his own firm, D.W. Balfour Associates. More recently he had served as chairman of the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council. He was the town historian of Cumberland and he has been a longtime radio per- sonality on WOON in Woonsocket, with his daily call-in show "Do You Remember?" He is survived by a son, David W. Balfour Jr., and his wife, Maria, of Somerset, Mass., a daughter, Deborah Lee, and her husband, Tom, of Southbury, Conn.; and three grandchildren, Benjamin, Amanda, and Laura Lee. Funeral services were held Nov. 12, in the Hathaway Community Home for Funerals, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset, Mass. Burial followed in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Swansea, Mass.
