The Provider ensures a welcoming environment and integrates the individual into their normal routine and day to day life activities. Minimum Qualification: Background checks and home inspections will be done. Shared Living Provider must also agree to provider and contractor agreement. Provider must also: Be 21 years of age or older; and have valid driver's license; safe driving record; auto insurance; high school diploma or GED.
