Plans sub- mitted to the Planning Department describe the complex as an "assisted living/55+ adult active community" consisting of four separate residen- tial structures. Entry to the complex would be located approximately 3,000 feet south of the intersection of Route 5 and Route 102, where three single-family homes would be demolished to make room for the construction.
