For more information, visit or email No. Attleborough Historical Society yard sale June 22 NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. – The North Attleborough Historical Society will hold a yard sale on Saturday, June 22, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., on the grounds of the historic Woodcock Garrison House and Little Red Schoolhouse, 362 North Washington St. Over 15 families and vendors will be selling at one location at the junctions of Routes 1 and 1A just north of the First Baptist Church. There will be a selection of new and used items for sale. Funds raised by the Historical Society are used for the continued maintenance of the historic Woodcock Garrison and Little Red Schoolhouse. The Provider ensures a welcoming environment and integrates the individual into their normal routine and day to day life activities. Minimum Qualification: Background checks and home inspections will be done. Shared Living Provider must also agree to provider and contractor agreement. Provider must also: Be 21 years of age or older; and have valid driver's license; safe driving record; auto insurance; high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities: Provide an environment where an individual will feel welcomed; supported; and encouraged; nutrition based on individual needs; guidance and/or assistance with personal hygiene skills; guidance and/or assistance with selection and purchasing of clothing and accessory needs; guidance and assistance with money management; guidance and assistance with maintenance of community relationships; assistance with coordination of day services including employment; ensure the provision of 24 hour support; use of own vehicle for medical, recreation, etc. Seven HillS Ri / CHilDRen'S PRogRamS HBTS/aBa WoRKeR $15/HR — PaRT-Time HoURS Provides direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21, role modeling/training to parents/families, and support the child and family by promoting individualized, person centered, service delivery which meets all identified needs of the child & family. The professional provides assistance to the child with self-help & self-care as well as teaching of social & safety skills when applicable. Ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the approved program. PeRSonal aSSiSTanCe anD SUPPoRT SeRviCeS Provides personal assistance and support per the approved PASS plan to enhance the ability of children with special health care needs to live and participate as valued family and community members, thereby fostering their independence. Plan implementation of goals includes the areas of accomplishing activities of daily life, making self preserving decisions and participating in social roles and social settings. Seven HillS Ri / aDUlT PRogRamS adult Residential and Day programs Direct Support Staff- full-time, part-time, and per-diem - provides assistance to adults in their homes and communities with activities of daily living and participation in work and recreation.
