Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Crystal Bowl Yoga is a soothing crystal bowl sound bath combined with gentle yoga postures and breath- ing to open and stimulate the chakras (energy points) in the body. The bowls are tuned to resonate with each chakra. The session ends with a Thai facial and neck massage. The session is offered at no charge thanks to two Lincoln residents. Amy McPhee has been teaching Amrit yoga (breath, poses and meditation) for 15 years. She is also certified in Thai yoga massage and reiki.
