There will be raffle prizes by The Artists' Exchange, Big Bear Honey, LaSalle Bakery and Revive the Roots. Moms receive a free raffle ticket. Providence water woods walk Saturday SCITUATE – Providence Water is hosting a woods walk on Saturday, May 11, at 9 a.m., on its watershed property off Tunk Hill Road. The walk is located along Field Hill Road. The tour is co-sponsored by Rhode Island Forest Conservation Organization for its annual spring program, the Northern Rhode Island Conservation District and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service as a follow-up to the March Oak Mortality program. Foresters will lead walks through high-mortality oak stands, some of which have seen recent salvage har- vesting, while others have not, to view the conditions. This is a free tour.
