Sponsorships can be done by individuals, companies, and orga- nizations with a variety of available packages to accommodate any budget. "This festival has con- sistently brought out nearly 100,000 people every Columbus Day Weekend for 40 years," says Garrett Mancieri, Autumnfest general chairman. "There is no better way to promote and advertise your business or organiza- tion than as a 2019 Autumnfest sponsor to increase your sales, improve your aware- ness, and support your local community all at once." Packages are avail- able to choose from starting as low as $100 and going up to $15,000 as the title sponsor. All sponsors will be named and thanked during the fes- tival and according to the level of donation. The following packages are available this year: Friend of Autumnfest: Below $100 – listed on the Autumnfest website www.autumnfest.org . • Supporter: $100 – add listing on Autumnfest brochure. • Donor: $250 – add listing on social media and Grand Marshal Gala sponsor. • Booster: $500 – add name on welcome signs and tote bags. • Star: $750 – add name before fireworks show. • Promoter: $1,000 – add banner in parade and two complimen- tary tickets to sponsor appreciation night. • Patron: $2,500 – add free vendor/infor- mation booth in park, opportunity to speak on the main stage, reserved area to sit at the main stage, and up to four complimen- tary tickets to sponsor appreciation night. • Champion: $5,000 – add VIP seating area in the main stage area and up to six complimen- tary tickets to sponsor appreciation night. • Legend: $10,000 – add up to eight com- plimentary tickets to sponsor appreciation night. • Title: $15,000 – add top listing on all mar- keting material, special event or entertainment sponsor, and up to 10 complimentary tickets to sponsor appreciation night.
