The entire 8th grade will have an opportunity to discover a passion, which might lead them to their future career. This year the committee has worked to enlarge the program by adding two large group presentations. As a result, students will meet with at least 12 of the 27 different profession- als visiting Lincoln Middle School. These 27 professionals come from 14 of the 16 Career Clusters associated with the Advance Career Technical Education or Advance CTE. Cool Banana Wig comes to Cumberland Library CUMBERLAND – Cool Banana Wig, an interactive kids' band that invites kids up to jam with the band on homemade or unusual instruments, will perform at the Cumberland Public Library, 1464 Diamond Hill Road, on Tuesday, April 16, at 2 p.m. Tickets are 50 cents and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Children's Room, starting Monday, April 8.
