10 REAL ESTATE NOVEMBER 15-21, 2018 | VALLEY BREEZE LIVING EDITION Pristine house for sale in Bridlewood Estates LINCOLN – This single- owner home, built in 1997 and located on a private cul- de-sac, offers 5,000 square feet of living and entertain- ing. "It is an extremely well- built home, and private," Anastasia Kaufman, the list- ing agent, said. "It's a beau- tiful home." The house sits on 1.43 acres and both the front and back yards are profession- ally landscaped. The back- yard also connects into the woods, for added privacy. The home has a three-car garage and there are two entrances on the front of the house. The home features a foyer at the main entrance with a staircase leading to the sec- ond level, featuring an open catwalk that it overlooks the foyer and family room. On the main floor, you are welcomed into a sunken living room with a granite, wood-burning fireplace. Located between the office and living room is a butler's pantry with a granite wet bar. The family room on this level features 25-foot ceilings and a gas fireplace. "The kitchen has all high- end appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, built in," Kaufman said. "They have a brand new, custom Kitchen Aid cook top and a Bosch Dishwasher." The countertops are gran- ite and there are hardwood floors throughout, except in the bedrooms. The kitchen leads to the garage and in between is a foyer/mud- room with closets and a half bath. Overall, there are six bathrooms, four full and two half. There are two half on the main level, three full on the second floor and one full on the lower level. Upstairs the master suite is located on the entire left side of the house, front to back. It includes two walk- in closets and a master bath with granite double sinks, a Jacuzzi and private toilet. There are three additional bedrooms on the second level, one with private, full bath. Currently, the other room on the second floor is being used as an office but can be a fifth bedroom or playroom, Kaufman said. The laundry room is also located on this level. An interesting aspect about this house, according to Kaufman, is the lower walkout. "It's a fully-finished lower level that can be converted into an in-law," she said. "The spacious finished walk- out lower includes lots of room for entertaining with glass block and granite wet bar and a full bath." The lower level can also be used for entertaining, with the wet bar and Bosch fridge. This level opens out into the meticulously land- scaped backyard. Overall, there are 11 rooms in this house that was built by the current owners. It is listed at $759,900 by Anastasia Kaufman at Re/ Max Town and Country. "This house is an excel- lent bargain," she said. "Everything is in pristine condition." Kaufman said that this house could fit a number of people or families. She said it works as a multi-genera- tional house. Showings are by appoint- ment. Contact Kaufman at 401-338-2749.
