LACOMBE deliv- ers the homily during the Blue Mass at Mount Saint Charles' event honoring police officers on Nov. 1. MIKE STONE, of Warwick, playing the bagpipe, led the procession of police officers into the gymnasium at Mount Saint Charles for the celebration of a Blue Mass. There were about 40 state and local police officers celebrated from local Rhode Island cities and towns. Woonsocket Police Sgt. JENNIFER NORTH salutes during the playing of "Taps." North Providence Police Chief DAVID TIKOIAN was among the members of local police departments who attended the Blue Mass. Blue Mass honors local police officers Open Enrollment ends 12/07/18.
