So the pond is accessible for resi- dents to canoe, kayak and fish, just no engines. There is also a walking path which is part of preserved land, around five acres. As for the unit itself, the developer said he was extremely detail-orientat- ed, choosing the best materials so the potential buyer would be comfort- able. He said he coordinated the roof and deck colors as well as adding trellises over the garage. This unit has a one-car garage. Walking into the house, stained, red oak floors welcome you to an open-floor plan. All of the floors are hardwood. All the appliances are stainless steal with Restoration Hardware. The kitchen also includes white and gray cabinets with glass doors, pendant lights over the cen- ter island and granite countertops. With the open floor plan, the kitchen spills out to the dining area and liv- ing room, all on the first floor, with a large half bathroom. There is also a gas fireplace. The second floor has two bed- rooms, a master suite and a guest room suite. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and a walk-in closest. The laundry is also located upstairs. "The master bedroom has an enormous bathroom," the developer said. "It has a large shower and a double-vanity sink. You can look out over the pond from the window. And from the master bedroom you can look out of the sliders that lead to a 10-foot private deck." Unit 1E offers 1,550 square feet of living space and is listed as $379,900. The square footage of the other units ranges from 1,400 to 2,200. There are open houses every Saturday and Sunday. This upcoming weekend, Armstrong said that she is planning to have both open houses from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Call 401-369-0168.
